Finance Veteran Assumes New Role
DART Treasurer Nate Hallett Named Acting Chief Financial Officer
Nathan Hallett, DART's Treasurer, has been named DART's Acting Chief Financial Officer, according to Roger Snoble, DART's President/Executive Director. Hallett replaces Chris Poinsatte, who resigned March 7 to become the CFO at NextJet, Inc.
"DART is in excellent financial position," Snoble said. "We have a comprehensive long-range financial plan that identifies our financing needs and we are fortunate to have someone of Nate's caliber to step into the CFO position. Nate has been extensively involved with the structuring of our debt program, the development of the debt documents and the decision to use the Security and Exchange Commission's highest level of reporting."
Hallett has over 30 years of treasury and financial experience and has been with DART since February 2000. Prior to DART, he worked as Treasury Director at Dresser Industries.
Poinsatte resigned his position at DART to become CFO at NextJet, Inc. "This fulfills a long-term goal of mine to return to the private sector," said Poinsatte, who has been at DART for 14 years.
NextJet, Inc. was founded in 1999, and uses a proprietary digital transit management system to provide same-day, door-to-door package shipping.
