Day Pass Voucher Application

Single and multi-day passes are offered at discounted rates to suit the needs of qualified 501(c) (3) organizations. Passes lose value once validated on the DART bus or train rides. No transfers are issued.

Day Pass Vouchers are discount passes sold to non-profit organizations in quantities of 10 per book. Vouchers cannot be purchased individually they can only be purchased by the book.

Day Pass Vouchers are valid after they are validated and the remainder of the day.

Day Pass Voucher Restrictions

  • Unvalidated voucher holders are subject to arrest or citation
  • Vouchers remain the property of DART/ TRE / The T.
  • Vouchers that are defaced, mutilated or improperly used are subject to confiscation.
  • Vouchers are not valid on flyer or charters buses, special shuttle service buses or paratransit vehicles.
  • Counterfeiters will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

    For bus service:
  • Give the voucher to your first bus operator for validating.
  • On your next trip(s), "swipe" the voucher through the farebox.
    For rail service:
  • Before boarding the train, date/time stamp these vouchers at the validator located on the platform
  • Present voucher to the fare inspector upon request

DART's preference is to have one account per organization. However, DART will work with the non-profit organization to attempt to accommodate each organization's needs.

DART will launch an investigation and work with the client to insure the matter is resolved.

Vouchers are valid from the time they are validated until 3 a.m. the next day.

Day Pass Vouchers can be used on DART buses, DART Rail, the TRE and the Fort Worth T.

All orders valued at $499 or less are sent through certified mail, orders over $500 are delivered by the courier service.

Unused vouchers do not expire. Validated vouchers expire after validation.
