2026 July Service Changes
Return to Normal Service Frequency
On Monday July 20, DART will resume its pre-FIFA World Cup schedules. The additional services provided during the tournament were supported by federal and local grants, which will conclude at the end of the tournament.
Light Rail

Blue Line
On July 20, 2026, the BLUE LINE will have schedule updates in both directions on weekdays and weekends. Some trips will run a few minutes earlier or later, with a small number of late-evening trips added and removed, while overall service stays at 20-minute frequency.
Green Line
GREEN Line rail service is changing on July 20, 2026, with trip times adjusted, some trips added, and some removed. Most service stays at 20-minute frequency, but riders should check schedules, especially overnight and early morning trips.
Orange Line
The ORANGE LINE will have updated weekday and weekend schedules on July 20, 2026, with some trips added, some removed, and many trip times shifted slightly. A stop will also be removed on westbound weekend service, and service frequency changes in several time periods.
Red Line
The RED Line will have schedule changes on both weekday and weekend service starting July 20, 2026. Riders should expect some trips to be added or removed, along with small time changes in both directions, especially late evening and early overnight service.

RED LINE - Weekday and weekend service will have schedule updates in both directions. Northbound weekday service has 1 trip added, 4 removed, and 5 trip times adjusted between 21:59 and 00:39. Southbound weekday service has 3 trips added, 3 removed, and 6 time changes between 04:20 and 01:52. On weekends, northbound service has 5 trips added, 7 removed, and 5 time changes between 03:34 and 00:59, and southbound service has 2 trips added, 7 removed, and 7 time changes between 04:47 and 02:00. Frequency remains 20 minutes throughout.
GREEN LINE - Weekday and weekend service will have schedule updates in both directions. Southbound weekday trips shift by 1 to 3 minutes and weekend trips by 1 to 5 minutes, with new late-night trips added and some morning trips removed; weekday frequency changes from 11-30 to 7-30 and weekend from 11-30 to 6-30. Northbound weekday trips shift by 1 to 5 minutes and weekend trips by 1 to 5 minutes, with added late-night trips and some morning trips removed; weekday frequency changes from 8-30 to 7-30 and weekend from 8-30 to 9-30.
BLUE LINE - Weekday and weekend service will have schedule updates in both directions. Northbound trips are adjusted by 2 to 5 minutes, with the service window running from 03:38 to 01:39; early trips move earlier, late evening trips are added at 22:15, 22:45, and 23:45, and trips are removed at 22:07, 22:27, and 22:38. Southbound trips are adjusted by 1 to 4 minutes, with the service window running from 03:48 to 02:23; early trips move earlier, late evening trips are added at 22:10, 22:27, and 23:10, and trips are removed at 22:50, 23:10, and 23:50. Frequency remains 20 minutes for peak, midday, and off-peak periods.
Route Changes
ORANGE LINE - Weekday and weekend service will change in both directions. Eastbound service will add trips and remove some trips, with several times moved by a few minutes; weekend eastbound examples include added trips at 04:13, 04:43, and 05:13, and removed trips at 05:05, 05:28, and 05:35. Westbound service will also add and remove trips and adjust times; weekend westbound service includes a stop removal, with added trips at 03:30, 04:00, and 04:10 and removed trips at 04:19, 04:50, and 05:30. Frequency changes are listed in the schedule updates, including changes from 20-minute service to other ranges during some periods.
