  1. Bus Stop Improvements Request Form
  2. In order to provide passenger convenience and to operate a safe and efficient transportation system, DART has established guidelines for bus stop improvement requests. All requests for bus stop improvements - including stop adds, deletes, and movements, as well as amenity placements - must be initiated using this form. Please Note: All requests for new service, later service, or route changes should be directed to the Customer Support Team at 214-749-3333 or to the Customer Support Feedback Form. The Bus Stop Improvements Request Form is only for bus stop improvements on already existing lines or stops.
  3. Request Printed DART Schedule Information Form
  4. Please use this form to request a DART System Map, a DART Rail schedule, a TRE schedule, or DART bus route schedules.
