You must have completed the user registration process before using these help options:
- Step-by-step Instructions - A check list of every step for registering your company and your employees to use the DART Procurement portal.
- Forgot your password? - If you have forgotten your password, this form will send your password to the email address on your registered user account.
- Lost your activation email? - If you believe your registered user account request was approved by DART Procurement, but you have lost email that contained the activation code required to complete your registration, this form will resend the activation code.
- What is the status of my user registration? - If you have completed your registered user account request, this form will display the status of your user account. This can be helpful if you are having issues logging in.
- Forgot your DART vendor number? - If you have completed your vendor account request and your registered user account request, and DART Procurement has approved your requests, this form will deliver an email with your DART vendor account number.
To log in to your Registered User account, you must have already completed Vendor Registration and User Registration.
NOTE: The same email address and password used above can also be used with DART's Accounts Payable Portal, where you can view the status of your invoices to DART and any payments.
