DART takes you back to historic beginnings
Relive the early 1900s at the Blackland Prairie Festival in Downtown Plano on April 30. Take DART Rail to learn about Plano's historic beginnings with live music, arts and fun.
Get an up-close look at rope making, pottery throwing and historic reenactments by costumed performers. Feel the heat of the blacksmith's iron for a real 1900s-era experience. Other activities include wagon rides, farm animal petting, dancing, candle dipping and quilting.

- Purchase a Day Pass for $2.50 from a ticket vending machine at any DART Rail Station.
- On the Red Line, take the train directly to Downtown Plano Station.
- On the Blue Line, take the train to Mockingbird Station and transfer to the Red Line to Downtown Plano Station.
