Permit Parking for DART Service Area Residents at Downtown Rowlett Station
Effective June 11, 2018
The permit parking program at Downtown Rowlett Station is limited to residents of the DART Service Area. Customers who display a valid DART resident parking permit decal on their vehicle will be able to park in the lots designated Permit Parking Only Monday through Friday (areas A and B on the map below). Note: parking is open to all customers on Saturdays and Sundays.
Permits are available at Rowlett City Hall only (DART no longer issue permits). To receive a resident parking permit, a motorist must provide current and valid proof of residency and verification of vehicle(s) ownership.
DART member cities: Addison, Carrollton, Cockrell Hill, Dallas, Farmers Branch, Garland, Glenn Heights, Highland Park, Irving, Plano, Richardson, Rowlett, University Park
