Ride DART for FREE on Election Day

 

DART wants to help you exercise your right to vote in the general and special elections by offering FREE rides to polling locations within the service area on Saturday, May 3!

Ride at no charge on all DART buses, trains, GoLink, the Dallas Streetcar, Paratransit Services, and the TRE between EBJ Union Station and CentrePort/DFW Airport Station. You simply need to show your valid voter registration card to ride for free on that day.

How to Find a Voting Location

The State of Texas organizes election information and voting locations by county.

  • Collin County (Plano, Richardson, and Carrollton)

  • Dallas County (Addison, Carrollton, Cockrell Hill, Dallas, Farmers Branch, Garland, Glenn Heights, Highland Park, Irving, Richardson, Rowlett, and University Park)
  • Denton County (Carrollton)

  • Ellis County (Glenn Heights)

  • Rockwall County (Rowlett)

Getting to the Dallas County Elections Training/Warehouse Facility

Route 207 offers daily bus service to Regal Row (Regal Row @ King James – W – NS), which is a short walk to and from this voting location (1460 Round Table Drive, Dallas, TX 75247).

Plan Your Trip to a Voting Location

Need directions to your polling place? You can map out your ride with the “Plan” tool in the FREE GoPass app or use the online Trip Planner on DART.org. Also, DART Customer Service is ready to assist you at 214-979-1111.

If you plan your trip directly in Google Maps, enter the voting location as your destination and choose the Transit option (train icon) to get travel directions using DART.
