D-Link and Dallas Farmers Market are throwing a party, and you're invited
Every great party deserves a truly spectacular ride, D-Link's new service to the Dallas Farmers Market is no exception.
Get to know the new Dallas Farmers Market when Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), Downtown Dallas, Inc., and the City of Dallas highlight the popular free bus service to the revitalized and iconic destination on Saturday, Sept. 17 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The market offers the bounty of The Shed providing farm-direct produce, ranch-direct meats, eggs, dairy and other local specialty food as well as dozens of Dallas' favorite and highly praised restaurants.
An impressive roster of more than a dozen restaurants offer a diverse range of cuisines sure to suit all palates including Rex's Seafood and Market, Laili, Palmieri Cafe, Stocks & Bondy, La Popular, Taqueria La Ventana, Scardello, Cajun Tailgators, Si Tapas, Nammi, and Coolhaus.
Other merchants feature artisanal foods, antiques, apparel, gifts and home décor. The Dallas Farmers Market is also home to farm-fresh eatery, Mudhen Meat and Greens, and more than 2,000 residences in the emerging and popular neighborhood.
Explore the Dallas Farmers Market Saturday, Sept. 17, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at 1010 S. Pearl Expressway or ride a DART Red, Blue or Green Line to Akard Station, walk west to the end of the platform to Field and hop on the free D-Link to Dallas Farmers Market.
The updated D-Link runs every 15 minutes to the Dallas Farmers Market Monday-Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Customers needing schedule information can call DART's Customer Information Center at 214.979.1111. New route and schedule information can also be found at DART.org.
