Through April 11 The Dallas Mavericks take to the court with renewed determination to advance through the NBA playoffs and go all the way to the finals. You can catch all the exciting home-game action at the American Airlines Center, 2500 Victory Ave.

Mar. 25 Get ready to Dream in Colors. The Color Run Dream World Tour 2017 at Fair Park takes Color Runners to a world where anything is possible and inspires participants to make dreams a reality in this magical 5K course. The start-line window will open at 8:00 a.m. with waves going every few minutes until 9:00 a.m.! Make sure you plan your day with plenty of time. At The Color Run, the start line is its own pre-race party with music, dancing, warmup stretching and giveaways! Information: www.thecolorrun.com.

Mar. 30 Join in for the biggest block party of the year: Celebration! White Rock 2017 at Winfrey Point, 950 E Lawther Drive at White Rock Lake at 6:30 p.m. The 5k and 10k run along White Rock Trail is set up by Luke's Locker. Don't feel like running but want to come to the festival? Come to the block party for a suggested donation of $10 and enjoy all the food, drink and fun you can! Ages 12 and under are free. Mar. 31, Apr. 2 Dallas will host the NCAA Women's Final Four at American Airlines Center. The National Semifinals will be held on Friday, March 31, followed by the National Championship game on Sunday, April 2. Watch the best teams compete for the 2017 Division I Women's Basketball Championship. The semifinals games are scheduled for 6:30 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on Friday. The National Championship game is scheduled for 5:00 p.m. on Sunday. Don't miss Tourney Town presented by Capital One, held Mar. 31 through Apr. 2 adjacent to American Airlines Center. Apr. 1 Run2Rebuild is a 5K Walk/Run to benefit Rebuilding Together Greater Dallas. This event will be held at Fair Park in Dallas on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at 8:00 a.m. The race is hosted by the RTGD Young Executive Program to raise money for Rebuilding Together Greater Dallas. Their mission is to improve the quality of life of homeowners in need by bringing volunteers and communities together to rebuild homes and neighborhoods. Information: www.runsignup.com.

Apr. 2 The Disco 5K, 10K and 15K Run is Sunday April 2 at 8 a.m. at the Levee/Continental Bridge, 109 Continental Avenue. Each participant will run the course with lots of entertainment along the way. There will be a great post party with Music and hot pancakes, and more... Each runner will receive a HUGE Disco Finishers Medal. The goodie bag will have a fun Funky shirt that you can wear to other Disco functions. We also encourage each runner to wear some Disco gear. There will be a best costume award for both male and female runners, so dress up! Information: dallasathletesracing.com.

Apr. 2 Join in on April 2 for the Irving Marathon! The 2017 event will host a full marathon, half marathon, 10K, 5K, and 1 Mile Fun Run. The 2017 event will run on the same USATF certified course as 2016 due to flooding damage to the northern sections of Campion Trails. All events will start at the Irving Convention Center, 500 W. Las Colinas Blvd. The Full Marathon and Half Marathon events will incorporate Campion Trails. The course will be 100% on paved surfaces (no grass, no levees!) Information: www.irvingmarathon.com.
