DART to Sports

Sept. 7 The Mavs Run This Town 5K is set for Thursday, Sept. 7 in Victory Plaza at the American Airlines Center, 2500 Victory Ave. The 5K starts at 7:00 p.m. Taking place immediately after the race on Victory Plaza, the post race party will be a fun filled event with free snacks, free beer, food trucks and live music. Mavs Run This Town 5K benefits the Mavs Foundation. Information: www.mavs.com.

Sept. 9 Join in for Dallas Heart Walk 2017 as more than 40,000 walkers from more than 100 Dallas-area companies and individual participants come out with friends and families to get a little exercise and raise important funds for heart disease and stroke.
